Can I update my medical information after I receive my ID?

For our Interactive IDs, you can update your secure online profile at any time. For our Original IDs with fixed engraving, the information is permanent; however, we offer discounted replacement faceplates if your details change.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Since every ROAD iD is custom-engraved, most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 days, while expedited options are available at checkout for those who need their gear sooner.

Are ROAD iD products waterproof and sweat-proof?

Absolutely. Our IDs are designed for athletes and adventurers. The surgical-grade stainless steel faceplates and silicone or nylon bands are fully waterproof, sweat-proof, and built to withstand the toughest outdoor conditions.

What is your 'Satisfaction Guarantee' policy?
